Fillomino
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Fillomino is a logic puzzle game. This policy explains what information
we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
-
Puzzle progress — which puzzles you have solved, your
best solve times, and your current streak. Stored locally on your device.
-
Anonymous account — when you first open the app,
Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous account. This lets us sync
your progress if you later sign in.
-
Signed-in account (optional) — if you choose to sign in
with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that
provider. Your email is used only to identify your account and is never
shared with third parties or used for marketing.
-
Cloud progress sync — if you are signed in, your solved
puzzle IDs are written to Google's Realtime Database so you can restore
progress on a new device.
What we do not collect
- Advertising identifiers or tracking data.
- Location data.
- Contacts, camera, or microphone access.
- Payment or financial information.
- Any data is ever sold or shared with advertising networks.
Third-party services
We use the following services, each with their own privacy policies:
Data retention and deletion
Local data is removed when you delete the app. Cloud data (if you signed
in) can be deleted by signing out — which removes your Firebase account —
or by contacting us at the address below. Anonymous accounts that remain
inactive are periodically purged by Firebase.
Children's privacy
Fillomino is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. Sign-in is entirely optional, and the
app is fully playable without creating an account.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the
revised policy.
