Fillomino — a minimalist number-logic puzzle

Fillomino is a logic puzzle played on a grid: fill every empty cell with a number so that each connected group of matching numbers forms a region containing exactly that many cells. A group of 3s must span exactly three connected cells; a 1 always stands alone. The rules are simple, but the puzzles get deep fast.

How to play

• Clue cells are fixed given numbers — everything else starts empty.
• Region rule: every connected group of the same number must contain exactly that many cells, and two separate groups of the same value can never touch, even diagonally.
• Fill cells by arming a number from the toolbar and tapping, or drag across the grid to paint a run of cells at once.
• Check your work at any time — regions that don't yet satisfy their rule are highlighted, and a correctly completed region turns green automatically.
• Stuck? Use undo to step back a move, or a hint to reveal one cell determinable by logic alone.
