Using Fillomino

Fillomino is free to play. You can play without an account, or optionally sign in with Google or Apple to sync your progress. Please use the app for personal, non-commercial play, and don't try to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with other players.

Purchases

• Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that removes the banner and full-screen ads from the app for the Apple or Google account you bought it with, on any of that account's devices. It's not a subscription and doesn't renew.
• Payments — purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment details.
• Refunds — refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy. You can request one through Apple or Google Play. If a purchase is refunded, ads may return.
• Restoring — if you reinstall the app or get a new device, use Settings > Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple or Google account.
• Web — Remove Ads isn't sold on the website, and a purchase made in the app doesn't remove ads on fillomino.app.

Ads

Unless you've bought Remove Ads, the app shows ads served by Google AdMob, and the website shows ads served by Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled and the choices you have.

Leaderboards and names

Leaderboards show a display name: your account name, a randomly generated guest name, or a name you choose. Please don't use names that are offensive, impersonate someone else, or contain personal information. We may change or remove names, scores that appear to be cheated, or leaderboard entries at our discretion.

Your content and ours

The app, its puzzles, design and code belong to us. Fillomino as a type of puzzle is a classic that no one owns; our particular puzzles and app are ours. You keep anything you create, such as your display name.

Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features, puzzles or leaderboards over time, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. If we stop offering the app, a Remove Ads purchase stays valid for as long as the installed app keeps working on your device.

No warranty

Fillomino is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here affects rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

App store terms

If you got Fillomino from the App Store, Apple's standard license agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or its support; we are.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
